Team News: Michael Smith in line for Swindon Town debut

Swindon Town's Michael Smith, signed from Charlton Athletic earlier this week, is in line to make his debut in today's League One game against Shrewsbury Town.

Swindon Town have handed Michael Smith his debut in today's League One game against Shrewsbury Town at the County Ground after the 22-year-old striker made a permanent move from Charlton Athletic on Thursday.

Nile Ranger, who missed training through illness this week, has made the bench. Jamie Reckord, signed on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers, is also named among the substitutes.

Caretaker manager Mike Jackson leads Shrewsbury for the first time following Graham Turner's decision to step down on Tuesday.

The Salop have two new loan men available today: Wigan Athletic's Fraser Fyvie, who is named in the starting XI, and Celtic's Bosnian Under-21 striker Bahrudin Atajic, who makes the bench.
