England centre Jack Reed could reportedly be out of action during the World Cup due to a collarbone injury.

The Brisbane Broncos have revealed that the 25-year-old has been playing with the problem for the last six weeks.

Reed will discover this week whether he will need surgery on his collarbone to fix the issue, according to BBC Sport.

The tournament begins on October 26.
