Don Armand has revealed his 'excitement' after completing his move to Exeter Chiefs from South African Super 15 outfit Stormers.

The 24-year-old, who primarily operates as a lock, has agreed terms on a two-year contract with the Chiefs.

"I'm very excited by the challenge that lies ahead," Armand told the club's official website.

"The club is very professional, the stadium is great and although I've not met the fans yet, I've been on Twitter and they have all been so welcoming. It's already amazing and everybody has made me feel very welcome."

Armand has previously represented Ikey Tigers in the Varsity Cup.
