New Zealand chief Steve Hansen annoyed by England hype

Steve Hansen is annoyed that New Zealand's preparation for their November tour is being dominated by talk of their clash with England.

Steve Hansen has revealed his frustration about the heavy build-up of New Zealand's clash with England next month.

The All Blacks were surprisingly beaten 38-21 by the Red Rose at Twickenham last year in a rare a defeat, and the two sides meet again in the Autumn International Tests in November.

However, with New Zealand preparing to face Japan at the weekend, Hansen admits that the dominating talk of the trip to England is starting to bug him.

"I've heard a lot of people talk about England," Hansen told Fairfax NZ News. "But we've got to play Japan, then France, and they're not a bad side.

"England aren't even on my mind at the moment. I get a bit frustrated hearing about England. We'll deal with them in England week."

Meanwhile, England face Australia on home soil this weekend.
