Great Britain's Johanna Konta has qualified for the women's singles main draw at the US Open.
Konta beat China's Zhang Shuai 6-4 3-6 7-5 to join Heather Watson, Laura Robson and Anne Keothavong in the first round.
The 21-year-old said: "It means a lot. This was my first qualifying appearance in any Grand Slam so I was very happy I was able to convert that into main draw."
The final major tournament of the year begins in New York on Monday.
