Arsenal and Manchester City have both been hit with fines by the FA following several incidences of Anthony Taylor being surrounded in their fixture on February 15.
The champions have been fined a total of £75,000 for two separate incidents in the contest, while the Gunners' sanctions total £85,000 due to an additional suspended fine being imposed.
Taylor was firstly surrounded by Man City players in the 42nd minute of the contest, when Arsenal were awarded a penalty for Ederson's foul on Eddie Nketiah.
Mikel Arteta's team were the next to fiercely protest a penalty awarded to Man City in the 56th minute for Gabriel Magalhaes's collision with Erling Braut Haaland, although the decision was overturned due to offside anyway.
Finally, Man City players reacted angrily to a challenge from Nketiah on Ruben Dias in the 64th minute, protesting to Taylor that the challenge warranted more than a yellow card - calls that fell on deaf ears.

Both teams were subsequently charged with failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion by the FA, and having been found guilty, they have been subjected to hefty fines.
Despite only being involved in one incident compared to Man City's two, Arsenal will pay a higher total fee of £65,000 plus an additional £20,000, the latter of which was suspended from their charge against Oxford United in the FA Cup in January.
"Arsenal and Manchester City have both been fined by an independent Regulatory Commission after their players surrounded the match official at different times during their Premier League fixture on Wednesday 15 February," a statement read.
"Arsenal have been fined £65,000 after the club admitted that it failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 56th minute of the fixture.
"As a consequence, an independent Appeal Board has imposed an additional fine of £20,000, which had been suspended from an earlier determination relating to the club's breach in their game against Oxford United on 9 January.

Arsenal have landed themselves in hot water with the FA several times this season, having also been fined for a similar incident during their goalless draw with Newcastle United back in January.
The Gunners are also at the centre of a separate investigation after bottles were thrown in Kevin De Bruyne's direction at the Emirates, and the club have insisted that any perpetrators will be hit with "strict sanctions".
Goals from De Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Haaland propelled Man City to a 3-1 win in North London last week, despite Bukayo Saka pulling a goal back from the penalty spot after Ederson's foul on Nketiah.
That victory took Man City above Arsenal in the table, but the Gunners beat Aston Villa 4-2 last weekend to quickly usurp the champions, who could only draw 1-1 with Nottingham Forest.
Arteta's men can temporarily extend their lead at the top to five points when they face Leicester City on Saturday afternoon, with Man City taking on Bournemouth a couple of hours later.
