Barcelona injury, suspension news vs. Benfica: Catalan giants hit with fresh fitness blow

Sports Mole looks at Barcelona's injury and suspension news ahead of their Champions League clash with Benfica.

Barcelona will be aiming to record their sixth Champions League success of the campaign when they travel to Benfica on Tuesday night.

The Catalan outfit have been impressive in the competition this season, winning five and losing one of their six matches to collect 15 points, which has left them in second spot in the Champions League table.

Hansi Flick's side will enter this clash off the back of a disappointing result, though, having drawn 1-1 with Getafe in La Liga on Saturday.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with Benfica, who sit down in 15th spot in the overall table, three points outside the automatic qualification spots.
