Chelsea reportedly have the chance to sign Tammy Abraham next summer due to a £67m buyback clause.
Abraham departed the Blues in 2021 to join Roma on a permanent transfer where he enjoyed a successful campaign that yielded 27 goals and six assists in 53 appearances as well as an Europa Conference League title.
As a result of a successful debut season, Abraham has become an integral part of Jose Mourinho's side, but his future at Roma could be in doubt.
According to The Express, Chelsea have the option to purchase their former striker for £67m at the end of the current season despite the player having four years left on his contract.
The buyback clause provides Chelsea with a potential option as they look to strengthen their forward line in the upcoming transfer windows.
Although his future with Roma may be in doubt, in the short term, Abraham will look to add to the two goals that he has scored this season when Roma face Inter in Serie A on Saturday.
