Leyton Orient president Francesco Becchetti has been filmed kicking assistant manager Andy Hessenthaler up the backside after their 3-2 win over Portsmouth on Boxing Day.
The pair reportedly had a disagreement about tactics during the game at Brisbane Road, leading to a physical altercation after the final whistle.
