Everton are reportedly set to confirm the permanent signing of Gareth Barry.

Everton are reportedly set to confirm the permanent signing of Gareth Barry.

The 33-year-old spent last season on loan at The Toffees and is now out of contract with Manchester City.

According to The Mirror, he has agreed a three-year-contract with the Merseysiders, with the deal set to be announced within the next 48 hours.

Barry made 37 appearances for Everton last season and found the back of the net three times in the Premier Leauge.
