Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Liam McAlinden has joined Shrewsbury Town on a three-month loan.
The 20-year-old has made three appearances for Wolves since making his debut for the Midlands club at the end of last season.
"Liam is a player I've watched over the last 18 months and he has really developed over that time," Shrewsbury manager Graham Turner told the club's website.
"We've been asking about him since the start of the season and it's good to finally have him on board."
McAlinden has three caps for Northern Ireland at Under-21 level.
