Sunday's Serie A predictions including AC Milan vs. Roma

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's Serie A games, including AC Milan vs. Roma.

AC Milan vs. Roma (Sunday, 4.15pm)

AC Milan will be looking to keep alive their slim European prospects when they welcome Roma to San Siro on Sunday afternoon.

The Rossoneri beat Lecce 4-1 in their return to Serie A action last weekend and are eighth in the table, nine points off fifth-place opponents Roma.

We say: AC Milan 1-1 Roma

Milan are looking to register consecutive home wins against Roma for the first time since 2004. The Rossoneri have been far too inconsistent this season, especially at home, but we can see them taking a point off Roma this weekend.

Udinese vs. Atalanta (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Atalanta BC will be looking to extend their five match winning run and tighten their hold on fourth place in Serie A when they travel to lowly Udinese on Sunday.

Gian Piero Gasperini's side have won back-to-back games since the restart and are six points clear of fifth place, while their opponents - whom they beat 7-1 in the reverse fixture - are down in 15th place and still at serious risk of being relegated.

We say: Udinese 0-3 Atalanta

Udinese have failed to score in their last three matches at the Dacia Arena - only twice before in their Serie A history have they fired four home blanks in a row - and were thrashed in the reverse fixture. Given Atalanta's form since returning to action, it is difficult to envisage anything other than a routine away win.

Sampdoria vs. Bologna (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Both Sampdoria and Bologna will be looking to return to winning ways when they continue their respective Serie A seasons with a clash in Genoa on Sunday night.

Sampdoria will enter the match off the back of a 2-1 defeat at Roma on Wednesday night, while Bologna suffered a 2-0 loss against the champions Juventus on Monday.

We say: Sampdoria 1-1 Bologna

Both teams will be determined to return to winning ways this weekend, but we are finding it hard to separate them. There has not actually been a league draw between these two sides since January 2014, but we fancy a 1-1 at Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

Sassuolo vs. Hellas Verona (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Two sides still in contention for European football next season face off at the Mapei Stadium on Sunday as Sassuolo play host to Hellas Verona in Serie A.

Verona are ninth in the table and just one point off seventh, while Sassuolo are five points worse off than their opponents in 12th.

We say: Sassuolo 2-2 Hellas Verona

The four previous meetings between these sides at Sassuolo's ground have seen both sides win two games each. Hellas have become draw experts on their travels, meanwhile, so we are tipping this contest to finish all square - a result that does neither side much good.

Napoli vs. SPAL (Sunday, 6.30pm)

Napoli return to Serie A action at Stadio San Paolo on Sunday evening with a meeting against a SPAL side running out of time to avoid the drop.

Gennaro Gattuso's side are on a high after winning the Coppa Italia and beating Hellas Verona in their first league game back, whereas SPAL were beaten by Cagliari to leave them on the brink of relegation.

We say: Napoli 2-0 SPAL

Napoli have been in superb form either side of the lockdown, winning four Serie A games in a row and triumphing in the Coppa Italia. SPAL have lost six of their last seven, meanwhile, and it is hard to see them halting that disappointing run this weekend.

Parma vs. Inter Milan (Sunday, 8.45pm)

Parma will be looking to build on their impressive victory over Genoa when they welcome high-flying Inter Milan to the Stadio Ennio Tardini for Sunday's Serie A clash.

In contrast, Inter go into the game having played out a thrilling 3-3 draw with Sassuolo in midweek, and Antonio Conte's side currently lie on 58 points - eight adrift of leaders Juventus at this stage.

We say: Parma 1-2 Inter Milan

Conte's defence is looking far from sturdy at the moment, and Cornelius will no doubt fancy his chances against a depleted Inter side following his hat-trick against Genoa.

Both clubs will be without arguably their most important centre-backs in Iacoponi and Skriniar, but we expect Inter's attacking prowess to shine through and pave the way for a narrow away victory.
