AC Milan legend Alessandro Nesta has said that Arsenal are a better team than local rivals Tottenham.
The Rossoneri, who Tottenham eliminated from the competition a season ago, will meet Arsenal in the first knockout stage of the Champions League over the next two months.
"The match against Arsenal will be a tough one," said the Italian. "They're a better team than Tottenham, who knocked us out last year. But they're a team within our reach.
"If we put ourselves in the right situation, we can go far. I think Milan can do better in the Champions League than we've done in recent years."
The Milan outfit are currently level on points atop the Italian league.
