Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has hinted that rumoured Arsenal target Alexandre Lacazette will not be leaving the club this summer.
Lacazette has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League during the current transfer window, with the likes of West Ham United and Arsenal credited with an interest.
The Gunners were thought to have moved into pole position to sign the 25-year-old, although Lyon confirmed earlier this week that they had rejected a £29.3m bid from the North London outfit.
However, Aulas does not believe that Arsene Wenger will return with a second bid, despite reports suggesting that they could offer up to £40m for the France international.
"Arsenal have not come back [with another offer] and they will not come back," he told L'Equipe.
"No one will leave Lyon, except for Rachid Ghezzal if he has an offer, which I doubt."
Arsenal have made just one major signing so far this summer, bringing in Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach.
