Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud has emerged as a reported transfer target for Atletico Madrid.
The Spanish outfit are on course for the La Liga title this season, but are expected to lose leading scorer Diego Costa to Chelsea when the transfer window opens this summer.
A number of strikers have been linked with the Calderon, including Manchester City's Alvaro Negredo, but according to the Daily Mail, Giroud is Atletico's main target.
The 27-year-old has scored 20 times for the Gunners this season, but has had a frustrating second half of the campaign due to off-the-field concerns.
Giroud has also scored five times in 26 games for France.
