Arsenal eye £20m move for Danny Welbeck?

Arsenal could make a summer bid in the region of £20m for Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck, according to a report.

Arsenal are eyeing a £20m summer move for Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck, according to a report.

The 23-year-old has reportedly grown frustrated with life at Old Trafford and wants a new challenge away from the Red Devils.

Arsene Wenger is an admirer of Welbeck and is ready to launch a bid for his services during the summer as he seeks a striker to pair with Olivier Giroud, reports The Mirror.

However, the Gunners will face competition from their North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur, who are also interested in the England international.

Welbeck has scored nine goals for United in the Premier League this season.
