Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will reportedly be handed a £100m transfer kitty this summer.
The Gunners were repeatedly criticised for their reluctance to spend big in the transfer market before they landed Mesut Ozil for a club record of £42.5m last summer.
According to The Telegraph, Wenger will be backed significantly once more this coming window, with a striker thought to be a priority for the Frenchman.
Atletico Madrid's Diego Costa is understood to be a target, while Bayern Munich's Croatian international Mario Mandzukic has also been linked alongside Porto forward Jackson Martinez and Schalke 04's Julian Draxler.
Wenger will take charge of his 1,000th match with the Gunners this Saturday against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
