Barcelona boss Xavi is expected to ring the changes from Wednesday's Champions League clash when the Catalan outfit continue their La Liga campaign against Cadiz on Saturday.
Gavi, Raphinha, Ronald Araujo, Alejandro Balde, Eric Garcia and Sergio Busquets were rested from the start against Viktoria Plzen in Europe, but Barcelona still managed to record a 5-1 win.
All six are expected to be back in the starting XI for this match, with Araujo potentially featuring at right-back, allowing Jules Kounde to retain his spot in the middle.
Xavi will be tempted to rest a couple of key players, as the team will take on Bayern Munich in the Champions League next week, but the likes of Ousmane Dembele and Robert Lewandowski are ultimately likely to start.
Lewandowski has scored eight times in his last four games for Barcelona, including a hat trick against Plzen, and the Poland international is set to lead the line once again.
Sergi Roberto, who picked up a slight muscular problem in the Champions League clash, Andreas Christensen and Jordi Alba are set to drop out of the defence.
Meanwhile, Franck Kessie, Frenkie de Jong and Ansu Fati are likely to be back on the bench for the Catalan side.
Neither Hector Bellerin nor Marcos Alonso were involved against Plzen following their recent arrivals, but the pair are in the squad for this match.
Barcelona possible starting lineup: Ter Stegen; Araujo, Kounde, E Garcia, Balde; Gavi, Busquets, Pedri; Dembele, Lewandowski, Raphinha
