Neymar insists he is "very happy" at Barcelona

Neymar insists that he is "very happy" at Barcelona amid talk over a new contract for the Brazilian at Camp Nou.

Barcelona forward Neymar has declared himself "very happy" at the Spanish giants and said that he would find it very difficult to leave the club.

The Brazilian, who recently came third behind teammate Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in the Ballon d'Or voting, is out of contract in 2018 and has fuelled speculation that he could leave the club in the future.

However, in a recent interview with beIN Sports, the 23-year-old insisted that he does not see himself playing anywhere else soon.

"I'm very happy in Barcelona," he said. "I've got practically everything. I'm very happy, I'm healthy, I've got all I need to play football.

"It's difficult to leave here because I have found a really good city, a spectacular club and teammates who are out of this world. But we have to see everything.

"These are things that make it difficult to decide, but we have to stay calm because I've still got years left [at Barcelona]. There's always going to be debate about my contract renewal."

Neymar has starred for Barca with 16 goals in 17 La Liga games this term, and his record at international level for Brazil is 46 goals in 69 appearances.
