Celtic have signed Dutch winger Derk Boerrigter from Ajax on a four-year contract.
Boerrigter arrives at Celtic Park for a fee in the region of £3m and will be included in the Scottish giants' squad for their Champions League qualifier against Elfsborg which must be submitted by Tuesday.
"He is the type of player we have been looking for, for a while," manager Neil Lennon told BBC Sport.
"He is a very fast, direct, left-footed player who has goals in him with his left and right foot.
"He is also very powerful. He has good experience and he has played at a high level for the last two or three years."
Boerrigter is yet to make an appearance for the Netherlands national side, despite being called up to the squad in 2011.
