The summer transfer window has now begun, with rumours and speculation continuing to swirl as Chelsea eye possible reinforcements.
The Blues failed to bring in a single player during the January window, despite seeing their transfer ban cut short by FIFA, but have already been busy this summer.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings from Stamford Bridge.
Tuesday morning's Chelsea transfer talk news roundup:
Inter Milan 'willing to offer Chelsea Skriniar, Brozovic in N'Golo Kante deal'
Inter Milan are reportedly willing to include Milan Skriniar and Marcelo Brozovic in any deal to sign N'Golo Kante from Chelsea this summer.
Inter boss Antonio Conte is thought to have earmarked a reunion with Kante as his top transfer priority for the remainder of the window, which ends for international deals in one week.
Sporting director Piero Ausilio has poured cold water on those rumours, but 90min claims that they are still working behind the scenes to determine whether an agreement is possible.
Kante's future at Stamford Bridge has come under scrutiny after he missed a chunk of last season through injury, while Chelsea are also looking to offload players after a big-spending summer.
The 29-year-old's asking price has proven to be a sticking point in negotiations so far, but Inter are now ready to use Skriniar and Brozovic as makeweights in order to reduce the financial outlay.
Skriniar has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks, while Brozovic has been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid this year.
Inter could face competition for Kante's signature from Manchester United, though, after reports emerged that the Red Devils have made an enquiry about the World Cup winner.
Report: Chelsea preparing bid for West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice
Chelsea are ready to launch an official offer for West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice, according to a report.
The Blues have spent big this year with the arrivals of Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva, Malang Sarr, Kai Havertz and Edouard Mendy.
Frank Lampard has refused to rule out one more signing, though, and the Evening Standard suggests that a bid will be lodged for Rice in the final week of the window.
Chelsea have been linked with the England international for a number of weeks, although United boss David Moyes recently warned the club's London rivals off making a move.
Rice has spent his entire senior career with West Ham and is rumoured to be valued in the region of £80m by the Irons.
The transfer window closes for English clubs next Monday.
