Napoli striker Edison Cavani refuses to commit himself to the club beyond the end of the season.

Napoli striker Edison Cavani has admitted that he 'doesn't know' if he will remain at the club beyond the end of the season.

The 25-year-old has been linked with moves to Manchester City and Chelsea at the end of the season, following his impressive performances this term.

The Italian club have previously insisted that the Uruguayan is not for sale, but the player himself has refused to distance himself from the speculation.

"I don't know – the club will deal with this sort of thing. I am focused on playing my football and winning every game," Cavani told Sky Sport Italia.

"The club will think about the rest and they know what to do. For as long as I am at Napoli, I will continue to give my all for this team."

Cavani has scored 45 goals in 65 appearances in Serie A.
