Chelsea have reportedly become the latest club linked with Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish by offering the Englishman a "tempting" transfer package.
Tottenham Hotspur have previously been credited with interest with the 22-year-old, alongside Newcastle United and Leicester City.
News outlet TEAMtalk reports, however, that Chelsea have submitted a £30m deal for Grealish, which includes the option of the midfielder heading back to Villa Park on loan for the upcoming season.
The Englishman is expected to leave Villa this summer as the club look to avoid a financial crisis, but the West Midlands outfit are allegedly holding out until a sizeable offer is received.
Grealish, who missed the first three months of the campaign due to a kidney problem, made 33 appearances for Steve Bruce's team last season.
