Midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has reportedly decided to request a loan move away from Chelsea.
Loftus-Cheek enjoyed a strong campaign at Crystal Palace last season, and it was enough to earn the Englishman a place in Gareth Southgate's squad for the World Cup.
However, the 22-year-old has featured for just 99 minutes in all competitions this season, leading to the playmaker losing his place with the Three Lions.
According to the Daily Mail, that will lead to Loftus-Cheek looking to secure a temporary exit away from Stamford Bridge in a bid to gain regular first-team football.
Chelsea are well-stocked for creative midfielders, potentially leaving Loftus-Cheek with few opportunities to impress in the Premier League.
Crystal Palace are known to be interested in securing a reunion with Loftus-Cheek at the midway point of the campaign.
