Real Madrid have reportedly been offered the opportunity to sign Lyon forward Nabil Fekir.
The 25-year-old is regarded as a key man at the Ligue 1 outfit, with 49 goals having been scored in 126 appearances in France's top flight.
However, Fekir continues to be linked with a move away from the club, and with just over 18 months remaining on his contract, it appears that Lyon have decided to entertain receiving the highest-possible fee for the player.
According to Marca, Real have been told that there is an opportunity to sign Fekir for the right price and the European champions have decided to assess the qualities of the playmaker.
Real find themselves off the pace in La Liga and remain in the market for proven additions in the final third after Cristiano Ronaldo left for Juventus in the summer.
Fekir has also been linked with Premier League duo Liverpool and Chelsea.
