Bristol City manager Sean O'Driscoll expresses disappointment following his side's 5-4 defeat to Coventry City in League One.

Bristol City manager Sean O'Driscoll has expressed his disappointment following his side's 5-4 defeat away to Coventry City in League One.

The Robins boss declared that it is unacceptable to score four goals away from home and take nothing from the game.

"If you had come to watch that game as a neutral, you would certainly have enjoyed it," PA Sport quotes him as saying. "But to concede five and score four is not what you want as a manager, if you score four goals way from home, you expect to get a positive result.

"We had an extra forward in the second half and it worked really well. But the last two goals, were very poor.

"I'm trying not to get too emotionally involved but we will look at it again and the only way you can put that right is by working. To be fair to Coventry, they went after us and we fell into the trap."

The result leaves Bristol in 15th place in League One with one point from their two games played, while Coventry are bottom on -7 due to the pre-season penalty imposed upon them.
