Half-Time Report: Yeovil Town lead Derby County by two goals

Goals by John Lundstram and Ishamel Miller give Yeovil Town a 2-0 half-time lead over Derby County at the iPro Stadium.

Yeovil Town lead promotion-chasing Derby County 2-0 at half time in their Championship clash at the iPro Stadium.

The visitors defended valiantly in the opening 15 minutes, blocking shots from Chris Martin and John Eustace. When the former did manage to escape the attention of the back four, he bent his 20-yard effort just over the bar.

For all of Derby's pressure, John Lundstram gave Yeovil the lead with a powerful strike from 25 yards midway through the first half.

Soon after, Martin saw his appeals for a penalty waved away as the home supporters became increasingly frustrated.

Ten minutes after Lundstram's opener, Ishmael Miller doubled the advantage for Gary Johnson's side with a finish from a tight angle following a quick counter-attack.
