The father of Aston Villa starlet Jack Grealish has denied that his son has chosen to represent England over the Republic of Ireland.
The Birmingham-born midfielder, 20, is also eligible to play for the Boys in Green and has been the subject of an international tug-of-war in recent months.
Speculation is rife that Grealish has opted for the Three Lions, but his father Kevin has rubbished the reports.
"There is nothing in that report whatsoever," he is quoted as saying by the Irish Examiner.
"No decision has been made by Jack yet. He hasn't even played much football this season because of injuries."
Grealish, who was raised in the South of Ireland, has represented the Irish at youth level.
