Aaron Lennon has returned to Everton as the club's pre-season preparations get underway.
The 30-year-old was detained by police in May under the Mental Health Act over concerns for his welfare and was taken to hospital for assessment.
Everton subsequently released a statement confirming that Lennon was receiving care and treatment for a stress-related illness.
On Monday, the England winger was pictured with the rest of the Everton squad at the club's Halewood training base, undergoing fitness tests.

Long-term injury absentees Seamus Coleman and Yannick Bolasie were also at the Finch Farm training ground.
Lennon, who joined Everton from Tottenham Hotspur in 2015, has not played for the first team since February.
