Romelu Lukaku expects regular football at Everton

Romelu Lukaku believes that he will be playing regular football at Everton following his loan switch from Everton.

Romelu Lukaku believes that he will have a regular spot in the team at Everton following his switch from Chelsea on deadline day.

The Belgium international's loan move to Goodison Park was partly decided due to his desire to impress ahead of the 2014 World Cup.

"For my development and with the World Cup coming up at the end of the season, I cannot afford to stay on the bench," FourFourTwo quotes Lukaku as saying. "At Everton, I can continue my progress in a club that likes to play beautiful football."

Lukaku spent last season on loan to West Bromwich Albion, who were said to also be keen on signing him on deadline day.
