Feyenoord took a huge step towards qualifying for the Conference League final courtesy of a thrilling 3-2 triumph over Marseille at De Kuip on Thursday.
Arne Slot's men took a commanding two-goal lead inside 20 minutes thanks to Cyriel Dessers and Luis Sinisterra, but they were pegged back by Bamba Dieng and Gerson before Dessers netted the winner in the early exchanges of the second half.
Prior to that, De Stadionclub saw off the threat of FC Utrecht in a 2-1 win on Sunday to hold onto third spot in the Eredivisie standings.
The Rotterdam-based outfit now prepare to take on an opposing side who have lost each of the last five meetings between the teams since 2020.
With the conclusion of their European tie to come four days later, Sunday's visitors will be keen to set the tone with a dominant display this weekend.
Fortuna Sittard made it two home wins on the bounce by narrowly beating Go Ahead Eagles 1-0 on Sunday.
Sjors Ultee's men had Zian Flemming to thank once again as he scored the all-important goal in the 21st minute.
The Fortunezen sit 14th in the league table as it stands, three points above the drop zone with only four games remaining.
Having conceded the second-most goals in home games this term, Sunday's hosts will be wary of being on the receiving end of another thrashing in front of their fans.

Jens Toornstra has missed Feyenoord's last two games due to an ankle problem, and the 33-year-old is not expected to play any part on Sunday.
The visitors will also have to make do with the absence of Justin Bijlow, who remains sidelined with a foot injury.
Nigerian forward Cyriel Dessers is one to keep an eye on having netted four times in his last three outings.
Fortuna's Ben Rienstra and George Cox are unavailable for this weekend's contest due to knee and muscle injuries respectively.
Charlison Benschop could make his return to action in this one after sitting out his side's last outing due to a knock.
Fortuna Sittard possible starting lineup:
Van Osch; Tirpan, Angha, Siovas, Pinto; Duarte, Tekie; Noslin, Flemming, Seuntjens; Gladon
Feyenoord possible starting lineup:
Marciano; Geertruida, Trauner, Senesi, Malacia; Aursnes, Kokcu; Nelson, Linssen, Sinisterra; Dessers
We say: Fortuna Sittard 1-2 Feyenoord
While they will have one eye on the second leg of their Conference League semi-final, Feyenoord should have enough about them to get the job done in this one, and we fancy them to come out on top, albeit by only a narrow margin.
