Martin Jol admits that Fulham need a victory soon following a winless run of four matches in the Premier League.

Fulham manager Martin Jol has admitted that his side need a victory soon following a winless run of four matches in the Premier League.

The Cottagers suffered their third defeat in four games on Saturday as they went down 2-0 at local rivals Chelsea.

"We need a win," Sky Sports News quotes Jol as saying. "It's good for the spirit of the team if we get back to winning games. We played three away matches in the first five in the league. That wasn't easy."

Fulham host Everton in the third round of the Capital One Cup on Tuesday.
