Juventus recalls Carlos Tevez and Patrice Evra as part of four changes to their starting lineup for their final match of the Serie A season against Hellas Verona.

Juventus have made four changes to their starting lineup for their final match of the Serie A season against Hellas Verona this evening.

Leonardo Bonucci, Patrice Evra, Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente are all recalled to the starting lineup after sitting out the 3-1 win over Napoli last time out.

For the home side, Juanito joins Luca Toni and Bosko Jankovic up front, while Leandro Greco is also recalled, leaving Fernandinho and Mounir Obaddi to drop to the bench.

Last time out, Verona shared a 2-2 draw with Parma, with Toni netting a brace.
