Liverpool chasing Barcelona striker Bojan Krkic?

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is planning a move for Barcelona's Bojan Krkic, according to a report.

Barcelona's Bojan Krkic is a transfer target for Liverpool, a report claims.

The Spain international is currently out on loan at Dutch club Ajax, and The Mirror says that Brendan Rodgers is hopeful of completing a £5m deal.

The newspaper adds that Bojan, who was sold by Barca to Roma in 2011 before being re-signed by the La Liga club in 2013, has been watched by Liverpool scouts.

He is quoted as saying that his future is uncertain, adding: "We'll see about my future, there are still two months of the season to go before any decisions have to be made."

Bojan has made more than 100 appearances for the Blaugrana.
