Napoli have quoted a price tag of €30m (£26m) for interested parties of midfielder Fabian Ruiz, according to Matteo Moretto.
The 26-year-old has long been linked with a move to the Premier League, but no move has materialised during his four-year stay in Naples so far.
However, that could be set to change this summer, with journalist Moretto suggesting that Napoli would look to sell the Spaniard in the coming weeks as a result of him entering the final 12 months of his contract in Italy.
Tweeting from his Twitter account on Thursday, Moretto said: "Fabian Ruiz has a contract that ends in 2023 and the priority of the parties is to find a sale this summer. The project must be adequate, otherwise it could stay another year. Today Naples asks [for] 30 million [euros]."
Both Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked with a move for Ruiz in the upcoming transfer window, which opens in England on Friday, whilst Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona are also said to hold an interest in acquiring his signature.
Arsenal have also been heavily linked with a move for Leicester City central midfielder Youri Tielemans this summer, who also enters the final year of his contract with his current side in the coming weeks, whilst United are said to be assessing potential moves for the likes of Frenkie de Jong and Ruben Neves.
Meanwhile, Ruiz has gone on to make 166 appearances across all competitions for Napoli since making the £26m move from Real Betis back in 2018, scoring 22 goals in the process.
