Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy will allow Harry Kane to join Manchester United in a world-record £200m deal this summer, according to a report.

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly prepared to allow Harry Kane to join Manchester United in a world-record £200m deal during this summer's transfer window.

Kane recently conceded that he would look to leave Spurs in the near future if he felt that the club were not heading in the right direction.

United have since been credited with an interest in England captain, who has been on the sidelines with a hamstring injury since New Year's Day.

According to the Daily Mail, Levy is concerned by the potential financial implications of the coronavirus outbreak as the Premier League club continue to pay off their new stadium.

As a result, the report claims that the Spurs chairman would be prepared to allow Kane to join the Red Devils this summer for a world-record £200m fee.

Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City are also believed to be considering summer moves for the 26-year-old striker, who has scored 181 times in 278 appearances for his current club.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side signed Odion Ighalo on loan from Shanghai Shenhua in January but are expected to move for a more long-term option during this summer's transfer window.
