Leicester City defender Harry Maguire prefers a move to Manchester City over Manchester United, according to a report.

Manchester City have reportedly moved back in front of Manchester United in the race to sign Leicester City defender Harry Maguire.

The England international is rumoured to be at the centre of a transfer tug-of-war between the rival clubs.

Leicester are using the interest to generate a huge fee for Maguire, likely to be in the region of £65m.

According to The Express, the 26-year-old would prefer to play for Pep Guardiola than Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and City are now considered the frontrunners to land his signature.

Maguire has made 76 appearances for Leicester in all competitions since joining from Hull City in a deal worth up to £17m in June 2017.

Should he sign for the English champions, Nicolas Otamendi is expected to move on.
