Manchester United reportedly fear they may have to sell Marcus Rashford next summer due to his contract situation.

Manchester United are reportedly concerned they will be forced to sell Marcus Rashford.

The 25-year-old has been in impressive form for Man United this season, scoring eight goals and providing three assists in 19 games.

After earning a place in the England World Cup squad, Rashford has excelled for his country in Qatar, where he has scored three goals, including a brace in the 3-0 win over Wales.

While Rashford is currently focused on his national side, the Daily Star claims that Man United are worried that they may have to sell the forward due to his contract situation.

His current deal expires next summer, and although Man United have the option to extend his contract by another year, they are hoping to secure his long-term future.

The report states that Rashford is still yet to accept a new deal believed to be worth £300,000 a week, and if the two parties are unable to come to an agreement then Man United could decide to listen to offers at the end of the season, rather than allow the striker to leave on a free transfer in 2024.

Rashford has previously been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain, while Real Madrid are believed to be showing an interest.

The England international is currently preparing for Sunday's last-16 tie against Senegal at the Al Bayt Stadium.
