Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Canadian forward Jonathan David, with the Gent man impressing for the Belgian club so far this season.
The 20-year-old has scored 22 goals so far this season from 37 appearances in all competitions.
According to the Daily Mail, Porto had a £5m bid for David rejected last month and United are looking into meeting his £18m valuation this summer.
The report adds that scouts from a number of European clubs are set to watch him in Gent's Europa League tie with Roma this week, with Arsenal, Everton and Leicester City also said to be interested.
David can play attacking midfield, out wide or through the middle and was recently named Canadian player of the year.
The attacker made his international debut in 2018 and has scored 11 goals from his 12 appearances.
