Norwegian youngster Martin Odegaard appears to be closing in on a move to Real Madrid, having reportedly travelled to Spain ahead of talks with the club.
The 16-year-old has been linked with an array of European football's elite clubs this term, including Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Odegaard has yet to make a decision over his future, although a report in the Daily Mail claims that Madrid are in pole position to land the highly-rated midfielder's signature this month.
After jetting into the Spanish capital earlier this week, the Stromsgodset star is expected to discuss a potential move with Madrid chiefs, despite rumours of Liverpool offering him a trial at Anfield.
Odegaard became the youngest player to feature in the European Championship last year after coming on as a substitute in Norway's victory against Bulgaria at the age of 15.
