Former Bolton Wanderers striker Johan Elmander has revealed that he is returning to England to ply his trade with Norwich City.
The Swedish international left the Trotters for Galatasaray in 2011, but is now seemingly on his way back to the Premier League as the Canaries' latest summer attacking recruit.
Norwich boss Chris Hughton has already signed forwards Ricky van Wolfswinkel and Gary Hooper in this transfer window, and now 32-year-old Elmander seems poised to follow them to Carrow Road.
"On the way to Norwich City!" Elmander tweeted. "A new career begins tomorrow!.. I'm happy to be back in England. You know more than me, but it's right. :)."
Norwich had previously been linked with a move for PSV Eindhoven marksman Ola Toivonen, a Swedish compatriot of Elmander, who netted 22 times in 108 appearances for Bolton.
