Girona will be aiming to end a four-game winless run in all competitions when they continue their La Liga campaign away to Celta Vigo on Sunday afternoon.

The Catalan outfit, who finished third in La Liga last season, are currently 12th in the table, boasting eight points from their opening seven matches, while Celta, who have lost their last two, sit in 10th.

We say: Celta Vigo 1-2 Girona

Girona won both league games between the two sides 1-0 last season, and we are expecting another close match on Sunday afternoon. It would not be a surprise to see a draw, but we just have a feeling that Girona will be able to navigate their way to a vital three points.

Athletic Bilbao will be aiming to make it four La Liga wins in a row when they resume their domestic campaign at home to Sevilla on Sunday afternoon.

The Basque outfit are currently fifth in the table, boasting 13 points from their first seven matches of the season, while Sevilla sit 13th, having picked up eight points from their opening seven games.

We say: Athletic Bilbao 2-1 Sevilla

Athletic have the winning feeling in La Liga at the moment, and we are backing them to triumph again here, but Sevilla are capable of making it a difficult match despite their troubles this term.

Betis vs. Espanyol (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Real Betis will be bidding to return to winning ways in Spain's top flight when they welcome Espanyol to Estadio Benito Villamarin on Sunday evening.

The home side are 11th in the table, boasting nine points from their opening seven matches, while Espanyol occupy 14th, picking up seven points from their first seven games of the campaign.

We say: Real Betis 1-0 Espanyol

Three of the last seven league games between these two teams have finished level, including two at the home of Real Betis, and it would not be a shock to see a stalemate on Sunday, but we just have a feeling that Real Betis will be able to secure all three points in a close affair.

Atletico vs. Real Madrid (Sunday, 8.00pm)

The latest instalment of the Madrid derby will take place at the spectacular Wanda Metropolitano on Sunday evening, with Atletico Madrid welcoming Real Madrid in Spain's top flight.

Atletico are third in the La Liga table, boasting 15 points from their opening seven matches, while the reigning champions Real Madrid sit second on 17 points, four points behind the leaders Barcelona.

We say: Atletico Madrid 1-1 Real Madrid

The two teams drew 1-1 in their last La Liga meeting in February, and we can see the same scoreline occurring here. Mbappe is a huge miss for Real Madrid, and Atletico are just not conceding goals at the moment, so we have had to settle on a low-scoring draw, which both managers would likely accept ahead of kickoff.
