Half-Time Report: Sevilla, Celta Vigo goalless

Sevilla and Celta Vigo go into the break of their La Liga clash all square.

Sevilla and Celta Vigo are drawing 0-0 in their La Liga match tonight.

Celta almost took an early lead, but Augusto Fernandez's shot was saved by Beto.

Sevilla's first chance came through on-loan Queens Park Rangers midfielder Stephane Mbia, who rose highest in the box but placed his header wide.

Celta came even closer, however, when Santi Mina smashed his shot against the post.

The away side then claimed for a penalty when they thought that Beto had unfairly challenged Fernandez in the box, but the referee waved away their appeals.

Beto then came to collect a dangerous cross as the away side continued their good spell.

Mina had a great chance just before the break, but his shot was blocked at the crucial moment.
