Real Madrid recorded a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the semi-finals of the Audi Cup on Tuesday.
James Rodriguez opened the scoring for the Spanish side late in the first period, before Gareth Bale scored Los Blancos' second against his former club 10 minutes from time.
Real Madrid will meet either Bayern Munich or AC Milan in the final on Wednesday, before Spurs face the loser of the second semi-final in the third-place playoff.

REAL MADRID
Goal
Kiko Casilla: Did not have an awful lot to do in terms of saves, but was assured with his kicking and looked confident from high balls. Can be pleased with his performance. (6/10)
Defence
Danilo: Usually such a threat going forward, but the Brazilian was surprisingly withdrawn for long spells of the game. Solid defensively, but not too much down the other end. (6/10)
Raphael Varane: Had an excellent game at the back. Never looked in danger of losing control and helped keep Harry Kane extremely quiet. Just a wonderfully gifted defender. (8/10)
Sergio Ramos: Now looks set to sign a new deal at Real Madrid and the captain again had a strong game at the back. Picked up a booking for a tasty challenge in the second period though. (7/10)
Marcelo: Like Danilo on the opposite side, did not offer too much going forward. Played 59 minutes of football before being replaced by the experienced Alvaro Arbeloa. (6/10)
Midfield
Toni Kroos: As expected, the German was never wasteful in possession and helped Real Madrid control that area of the field. Such a class act each time he picks up the ball. (7/10)
Luka Modric: Would also have been a special day for the Croatian against his former club. Was prepared to put his foot in when needed and was tidy in possession. (7/10)
Isco: Set up James for Real Madrid's opening goal with a super cross. Did not have many chances to break into the box, but always looked capable of making something happen. (7/10)
Attack
James Rodriguez: Has only recently returned from his latest injury layoff, but the Colombian has settled straight back in. Opened the scoring in the first half with a clever near-post header. (7/10)
Jese Rodriguez: Might have scored twice in the opening eight minutes, but saw his rasping effort hit the crossbar before bringing a smart save from Vorm. Such a threat in the final third. (7/10)
Gareth Bale: Actually had a largely frustrating afternoon against his former club in the number 10 position, but came up with the goods late on with a powerful strike from distance. (7/10)
Substitutes
Casemiro: Might be a starter for Real Madrid in the new season and the Brazilian, who entered at the break, brought a presence and strength to the middle of the park. (6/10)
Lucas Vasquez: Alongside Casemiro, entered at the interval for Kroos. Did not have much service in the final third, but saw a powerful effort in the latter stages move over the crossbar. (6/10)
Denis Cheryshev: Has been given the chance to impress in pre-season, but this was not one of his better performances. Never really got into the game in the second period. (6/10)
Alvaro Arbeloa: Slotted in at left-back for the final 30 minutes. (6/10)
Asier Illarramendi: Continues to be linked with a move away from the Bernabeu, but was part of the squad that travelled to Germany and he had a steady 30 minutes of action. (6/10)
Marcos Asensio: A player with a big future, the Spaniard replaced Isco in the 68th minute, but he found it difficult to make an impression during a cagey period of the game. (6/10)
Nacho: Knows his role in the Real Madrid squad and is happy to fill in when needed. Came on at centre-back for the final 20 minutes and did not have an awful lot to do. (6/10)
Borja Mayoral: The absence of Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema meant that the youngster made the trip to Germany and he looked bright during his 10 minutes on the field. (6/10)

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR
Goal
Michel Vorm: Actually made a really smart save to deny Jese in the first period, but was caught out for Real Madrid's second, with the Dutchman allowing the strike to bounce over his body. (6/10)
Defence
Kyle Walker: A typical performance from the right-back - strong going forward, but suspect at the back. Was able to use his sensational pace on a couple of occasions in the second half. (6/10)
Toby Alderweireld: Spurs beat off competition from Southampton to sign the Belgian this summer and he had a real presence at the heart of the defence during the 90 minutes. (7/10)
Kevin Wimmer: Was a surprise starter alongside Alderweireld, but the centre-back did not do a lot wrong. Given the first half of action before being replaced by Jan Vertonghen at the interval. (6/10)
Danny Rose: Set up Erik Lamela for what was Spurs' best chance of the match, but found it difficult to deal with Jese when the Spaniard cut inside. Not a bad performance. (6/10)
Midfield
Mousa Dembele: Showed his undoubted ability in patches, but never really stamped his authority on the match. Was one of five in a white shirt to play the full 90 minutes. (6/10)
Eric Dier: Deployed in a central midfield role, the Englishman had a strong first period as he broke up play on a number of occasions. Left the field for Nabil Bentaleb at the break. (7/10)
Dele Alli: Can be pleased with his 69 minutes on the field in Munich. Showed nice ability in possession of the ball and put in a lot of work in the middle of the park. (7/10)
Attack
Christian Eriksen: Had a couple of long-range attempts, but struggled to pick that incisive pass in the final third. Will have a key role to play for Spurs this season. (6/10)
Harry Kane: Never really got into the match in Munich. Did his best to work the Real Madrid defence, but simply lacked the service required to make a serious impression. (6/10)
Erik Lamela: Had a wonderful chance to open the scoring in the early moments, but blazed high and wide of the crossbar from close range. Was also replaced at the interval. (5/10)
Substitutes
Jan Vertonghen: Will be hoping to start the season in one of the two centre-back positions, but the Belgian should have faced up to Bale quicker for Real Madrid's second goal. (6/10)
Nacer Chadli: Carried a real goal threat for Spurs last season, but struggled to make his mark in the second period here. Showed some nice touches, but not much more than that. (6/10)
Nabil Bentaleb: Was one of three Spurs players to enter at the interval, but the Premier League side did find it difficult to dominate the midfield against Los Blancos. (6/10)
Tom Carroll: Will feel that he has a chance to make a mark after returning from a loan spell, but the midfielder is currently down the pecking order with Mauricio Pochettino. (6/10)
Harry Winks: Replaced Alli for the final 20 minutes and showed some nice touches. (6/10)
Joshua Onomah: Hardly touched the ball during his five-minute cameo. (6/10)
