Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Tuesday's Premier League clash with Southampton.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte is likely to shuffle the pack for Tuesday's Premier League contest with Southampton at St Mary's.

The Lilywhites remain without the injured duo of Cristian Romero and Ryan Sessegnon, but Conte is otherwise well stocked for the trip South.

However, changes will certainly be on the cards amid the 48-hour turnaround, with Joe Rodon potentially coming into the backline as Davinson Sanchez enjoys a rest.

Emerson Royal and Sergio Reguilon are also likely to take their spots on the bench, with Matt Doherty and Ben Davies earning chances to impress in the first XI.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg may be good to go again, but Tanguy Ndombele is a candidate to deputise for Oliver Skipp - who played the full 90 on Boxing Day - in the middle.

Lucas Moura was the star of the show against Crystal Palace with a goal and two assists on the day, but either Steven Bergwijn or Bryan Gil may provide fresh legs up top for the Southampton clash.

Son Heung-min could also be granted a rest as Dele Alli looks to impress once more, but Harry Kane played just 64 minutes on Boxing Day and should hold his place up top.

Tottenham possible starting lineup: Lloris; Tanganga, Dier, Rodon; Doherty, Ndombele, Hojbjerg, Davies; Alli, Bergwijn; Kane
