Tottenham Hotspur centre-back Clement Lenglet is reportedly expected to be fit for Saturday's Premier League clash with Aston Villa despite picking up a shoulder injury last weekend.
The Barcelona loanee was named in the first XI for the visit of Crystal Palace but had to be withdrawn in the 88th minute, as Eric Dier came on for the final few moments.
Lenglet was escorted off the field by medical staff and was seen feeling his shoulder as he trudged off, but Ryan Mason was confident that he had avoided a serious concern.
"He had a shoulder problem, you could probably see. Hopefully nothing too serious, too bad. He got treatment on the pitch, it was late on in the game, it was a set piece and we didn't really want to lose a central defender to defend a set piece so we made that change," Mason told the press after the game.
Now, football.london reports that Lenglet's concern was only a minor muscular one, and Mason expects to have the 27-year-old available for selection for the trip to Villa Park.

After being benched for the 4-3 loss to Liverpool two weekends ago, Lenglet took Dier's place in the first XI for the visit of Palace amid heavy criticism of the latter's performances.
The alteration paid dividends, as Tottenham bested their London rivals 1-0 through Harry Kane's first-half header, handing Mason his first win from his second spell in charge.
Lenglet played his part in Spurs' first Premier League clean sheet since February's 2-0 win over Chelsea, making one clearance, one interception and completing 90% of his passes before being withdrawn.
The France international has been a key cog of Tottenham's rearguard since joining on loan in the summer, providing one goal and two assists in 32 matches across all competitions.
Lenglet's start in last weekend's win over Palace was his 21st of the Premier League season, and Spurs are believed to be discussing a permanent move for the defender with Barcelona.

Tottenham had already received a double injury boost for the visit of the Eagles, as Yves Bissouma and Emerson Royal both made quicker-than-expected returns to the matchday squad.
Emerson made a rapid recovery from a knee operation to start and complete the full 90 last weekend, while Bissouma was an unused substitute following a procedure to correct a stress fracture in his ankle.
However, Spurs are working without Hugo Lloris (hip), Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring) and Rodrigo Bentancur (knee) for the remainder of the season as they fight to keep their fleeting Champions League hopes alive.
Mason's side head to the West Midlands sitting sixth in the Premier League table - six points behind Manchester United in the final Champions League place, albeit having played a game more than the Red Devils.
