Tottenham Hotspur defender Vlad Chiriches is reportedly in Italy for his medical ahead of a proposed move to Napoli.
Reports emerged earlier this evening that Spurs had agreed a fee of around £4.5m with the Serie A outfit for the Romanian.
The 25-year-old is now understood to be in Naples for a medical and to agree personal terms ahead of the finalisation of the deal, according to Sky Sports News.
Chiriches joined the club from Steaua Bucuresti in 2013, but quickly fell down the pecking order at White Hart Lane following the arrival of Mauricio Pochettino.
He made just 10 Premier League appearances for the club last season as Spurs finished fifth in the table, six points off the top four.
