Watford have announced the signing of Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Etienne Capoue for a 'club-record fee'.
The France international has penned a four-year contract with the Premier League newcomers.
The 26-year-old joined Spurs from Ligue 1 side Toulouse in 2013 but struggled to make an impact at White Hart Lane.
Capoue scored two goals in 36 appearances during his two seasons in North London.
Watford, who have now made five new signings this summer, get their Premier League campaign underway with a trip to Everton on August 8.
