Stoke City manager Mark Hughes has hinted that goalkeeper Jack Butland could retain his place for the club's match with Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday afternoon.
Butland replaced Asmir Begovic for Stoke's 2-0 defeat to Swansea City last weekend, but despite conceding two goals, Hughes has revealed that the England international could feature at the Britannia Stadium this weekend.
The 51-year-old told reporters: "We know that Jack is a good keeper and we also know that he needs games at Premier League level.
"That is something that we are looking to give him. He did fine for us last weekend and I am sure that he will do so again."
Butland has made 10 appearances for the Potters since joining the club at the start of 2013.
