Former Celtic striker John Hartson has revealed that he will join the Wales national team as part of the backroom staff.
The ex-Wales international has expressed his delight in being offered a position alongside manager Chris Coleman.
"Chris simply asked me 'would you like to come and work for me?'" Hartson told the Scottish Sun. "I immediately accepted, shook his hand and promised him I'd do anything possible to help make the Wales national team successful."
Coleman was appointed the permanent manager of Wales following the suicide of former boss Gary Speed.
